Making a stop in Flagler County on May 2nd, candidates for Florida Attorney General, Florida Representative Jay Fant and Judge Ashley Moody highlighted the stark differences in their platforms during the Meet the Candidates Forum hosted by the Flagler County Republican Club, moderated by FCRC President Danielle Anderson and FCTARS President John Schulten.

Remarking on questions ranging from marijuana legalization, restoration of voting rights for felons, DACA, and other hot button issues of the day, attendees were pleased by the opportunity to meet Fant and Moody one-on-one while learning more about where they stand as conservatives on the issues.

Honored as the 2017-18 Flagler County Republican Club Youth Scholarship recipients, Annie Schulten and Wilhemina Anderson were presented with Letters of Congratulations by Florida Senator Travis Hutson and Florida Representative Paul Renner, sponsors of this year’s scholarship awards by FCRC Vice President Richard Russell during the event.

Next up is the U.S. Congressional CD6 Forum – Pasta & Politics, set for June 7, 2018 at the Pine Lakes Golf Club, hosted by the Flagler County Young Republicans.
